Policy For Lab Day Photographic Services
We thank you for participating in a Lab Day(s). Below is our super simple photography policy to help you get the most out of our photography service.
1. Services.
Lab Days can be scheduled, booked, reserved, or joined online, over the phone, or in person. Lab Days on average are 20 minutes (exact time may vary), at a single location/setting, and include On-site image review. On-site image review is exclusive to Lab Days. Client may practice various poses and angles with guidance and feedback from the photographer. Lab Day dates and details may vary. Email us to inquire ahead of scheduling Lab Day.
2. Terms
No visuals including previews or proofs, will be delivered to Client due to the nature of Lab Days. Photographer may be testing lighting, locations, gear, angles, etc at a Lab Day(s). Due to the unpredictable nature of visuals captured in Lab Days, all visuals captured/created from Lab Day photographic services are not eligible for purchase, trade, share, and/or copy. Lab Days are a complimentary service Cocoa & Co. provides so Client can experience immediate on-site practice and guidance from the photographer.
3. Payments
Lab Days are complimentary to Client. If any monies are paid to the photographer, all monies are non-refundable.
4. Processing Time
Photos from Lab Days are shown to client same day as Lab Day. Lab Days do not include any deliverables. Lab Days are strictly for practice, learning, and guidance purposes. Client will not receive photos in print or digitally (unless otherwise stated by Cocoa & Co.).
5. Digital and Print Publishing.
As no deliverables are included with Lab Days - no digital or print publishing of any visual from Lab Day is permitted.
6. Ownership Of Photos
Cocoa & Co. retains the ownership of all visuals captured at Lab Day.
7. Copyrights and Usage.
NOTICE OF COPYRIGHT: It is ILLEGAL to copy or reproduce these photographs without Photographer’s written permission, and violators of this Federal Law will be subject to its civil and criminal penalties. Photographer retains the copyright to the photographs. Client agrees and understands Cocoa & Co. may use any visuals from Lab Day in any way Cocoa & Co. may choose.
